Lion’s Mane, Hericium erinaceus, is a fantastically fun fungi to grow given its novel appearance and unmatched culinary uses. slice and fry like steaks, peal it apart and fall in love with faux crab cakes or delicious lion’s mane tacos. There is nothing this mushroom isn’t capable of.
Each 5 lbs grow kit can yield up to 1.5 lbs at 1st harvest with daily misting. Expect your 1st harvest within 14-21 days. Each grow kit can be harvested up to 3 times. Once you’re done growing, add your spent grow kit to your garden for some valuable mushroom compost.
